Return & Refund Policy
At Agrohut, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Returns
If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service for a return or refund.
Return the product within 7 days of receiving it and get a refund through bank payment, bKash, or voucher. For more details on our return policy, please check our product return policy.
For selected products, we prioritize your change of decision. Please check the return policy section below for more details.
Valid Reasons for Returning a Product:
If the product is damaged (cracked/broken) or defective.
If the delivered product is incomplete (if any item is missing in quantity).
If the delivered product is incorrect (wrong product/size/color or expired).
If the delivered product does not match the product description or image (if the product does not match the advertisement).
2. Refunds
Refund Processing Time
The refund processing time depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
The refund process begins once Agrohut processes your refund according to the refund type.
The refund amount covers the product price and shipping fee for your returned item.
Types of Refunds
Agrohut will process your refund according to the following refund types:
Refund from Returns – The refund is processed after your item is returned to the warehouse and the Quality Check (QC) is completed. To learn how to return an item, please read our return policy.
Refund from Canceled Orders – The refund is automatically initiated once the cancellation is successfully processed.
Refund from Failed Delivery – The refund process starts once the item is returned to the seller. Please note that depending on your shipping address, this may take additional time.
Conditions for Returning a Product
* The product must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and without any defects.
* The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty card, gifts, invoice, and accessories.
* The product must be returned in its original and intact manufacturer's packaging/box. If the product was delivered in AgroHut’s packaging/box, the same packaging/box must be returned. Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
Note:
* It is important to mention your order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any issues or delays in processing your return.
* When handing over your package to the drop-off station/pick-up agent, please collect AgroHut’s return acknowledgment receipt and keep it for future reference.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
